1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the services of Pristine Returns Language School, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Pristine Returns Language School provides foreign language education services including:

  • Group and individual language classes
  • Online and in-person instruction
  • Language proficiency assessments
  • Educational materials and resources
  • Certification preparation courses

3. Enrollment and Payment

Course Enrollment

Students must complete the enrollment process and pay applicable fees before attending classes. Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

Payment Terms

  • Course fees must be paid in full before the course start date
  • Payment plans may be available for longer courses
  • All fees are quoted in British Pounds (GBP)
  • Additional materials or exam fees may apply

4. Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to:

  • Attend classes regularly and punctually
  • Participate actively in learning activities
  • Complete assigned homework and assessments
  • Respect teachers and fellow students
  • Follow school policies and guidelines

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Student Cancellations

  • Cancellations more than 14 days before course start: 100% refund minus £50 administrative fee
  • Cancellations 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund
  • Cancellations less than 7 days before course start: No refund
  • No refunds after course commencement

School Cancellations

If we cancel a course, students will receive a full refund or may transfer to another suitable course.

6. Student Conduct

Students must:

  • Maintain respectful behaviour towards staff and other students
  • Use appropriate language in all communications
  • Respect school property and facilities
  • Not engage in disruptive or discriminatory behaviour
  • Follow health and safety guidelines

7. Intellectual Property

All course materials, including but not limited to textbooks, handouts, audio recordings, and digital content, are the intellectual property of Pristine Returns Language School or licensed third parties. Students may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use these materials without written permission.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

Pristine Returns Language School's liability for any claims arising from the provision of services shall not exceed the amount paid by the student for the specific course in question.

10. Changes to Courses

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify course content, schedule, or instructors
  • Combine or cancel classes with insufficient enrollment
  • Relocate classes to alternative venues if necessary
  • Update course fees for future terms

11. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate a student's enrollment for:

  • Non-payment of fees
  • Violation of school policies
  • Disruptive behaviour
  • Failure to meet attendance requirements

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
